I got this hotel booking via my tour agent Phoneix Holiday Raipur. They have done welcome by tilak and when we checked out there was dhol to send of with moment. It was amazing stay they provided good rooms clean and comfortable stay. Nice properly and balcony view of hills and city. Food was awesome and they also provided food as per our requirement as we were only for non-veg food that was one of impressive point from them. As we travelled with 2 small kids we ordered milk many time for kids in 2 days of stay and at the end when i asked for bill they told Sir kids milk is complementary from hotel so this was another impressive point from hotel. They really do take care of hospitality for their customers. Must recommended hotel. ~ Paramjeet S

I recently stayed at this Hotel, and honestly, it was a really nice experience. The staff were super polite and always ready to help, even when I called late at night for an extra blanket. The room was clean and cozy, with a great view from the balcony. The food at the restaurant was tasty, especially the breakfast buffet — so many options! The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow sometimes, but apart from that, everything went smoothly. Overall, it felt comfortable, relaxing, and worth the price.
